Biography

    • Robbie Carlysle was born on June 13, 1990 to a struggling Los Angeles family. He quickly developed a talent for entertainment and early on in school he pursued performing. He studied at John Robert Powers Acting School and shortly after at the tender age of 12 years old he performed Live Stand Up Comedy for the first time. It was an addiction one he didn't forget, after two years of performing at Open Mics and opening for experienced comedians.Unfortunately life got in the way. With a single mother, and Robbie as the oldest, it was his job to help keep family together. In 2008 he left home, and after bouncing Kansas City, Las Vegas, and Huntsville Alabama he has finally landed on his feet in Los Angeles.

Hitting the two year mark in Los Angeles has brought its share of success to the ambitious comic landing a Featured Role on the Disney TV Sitcom A.N.T. Farm as the victim to Cameron's antics. He has also worked on the Pilot for the Disney TV Show Madison High, and getting a guest spot on the Jimmy Kimmel Show. He has gotten his first feature film role in the Seth Rogen Film Neighbors as the goofy and crazy college pledge Dr. Junk!

Robbie's act has been referred to as an eye-opening experience, with unique insights to the daily living that goes unnoticed. Combined with such an odd imagination is his expressions, conveying every minute dialogue in such facial expressions that encompass the hidden emotions everyone feels. He says what everyone thinks, and his story-telling experience is a manner of all-encompassing joy that leaves an audience in tears from laughter.
