Sean Michael Davidson was born on August 10th, 1988 in Fullerton, California to Joanne (Barco) and Michael Davidson.
From a very young age, his passions were clear - film, comic books, and art. The Wizard of Oz sparked his love for film and, at the age of four, upon learning that his all-time favorite character, Superman, was "just an actor", he decided that he would be too. At some point during his childhood, he began creating his own stories and bringing them to life by drawing characters and acting them out with his action figures. At the age of ten, he received his first real opportunity to act. The role was Nick Bottom in his elementary school production of Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
He continued acting in Middle School and then attended Valencia High School in Placentia, California, where he was heavily involved in the drama program, led by well known theatre and film teacher, Grace Stanton. While there, he competed in numerous drama competitions and performed in several plays and student films. He was a member of the International Thespian Society and sat on Valencia High School Drama Department's student "Thespian Board". After graduating in 2006, he attended Fullerton College and its sister school, Cypress College, where he continued to study film and acting, but also found a new interest in the form of Cultural Anthropology. He eventually graduated with an Associate's Degree in Anthropology, but also - somewhat accidentally - A.A. degrees in Social Studies and "Human Expression". He continued studying film and Anthropology at Cal State University Long Beach, where he eventually graduated with a B.A. in Anthropology.
In addition to his acting and PA credits in the film and television industry, he found unexpected success with another visual art form - painting and drawing. This had always been a hobby, dating back to when he'd draw his superheroes for the stories he'd create as a child. However, in 2016, he found himself inspired to take this other art a little more seriously. Soon after, and much to his own surprise, an art piece of his was selected to appear in Long Beach's "Picture This" Gallery's annual Frida Kahlo tribute exhibit. This gave him the boost he needed and led him to submit to and ultimately appear in more art exhibits throughout Southern California. Since 2017, he has three pieces on display at Hollywood's Tim Burton themed "Beetle House" bar and also hosts a one-one night pop up exhibit of his art (and a musical set) at Downtown Fullerton's esteemed "Night Owl" cafe twice a year - the first in Spring or early Summer and the second in October to celebrate his favorite holiday, Halloween!
