Maddie Lane

Maddie Lane is an actor, vocalist, director, and writer originally from Memphis, Tennessee. Maddie has studied acting and voice since she was a child and holds a B.A in journalism and political science and an M.F.A in Theatre with an emphasis in directing. She is writing her first novel, HE Said, she said, which focuses on the ways the Unites States justice system is ill-equipped in handling cases of sexual assault. Maddie also works with a number of social justice organizations that work to combat human trafficking, bring awareness to mental health issues and addiction, and take action against antisemitism. This work, specifically, stems from her time as a graduate student researcher, where her area of focus centered around WWII and the Holocaust. Maddie's sole purpose in the entertainment industry is act, write, produce, and direct stories about these issues she wishes to shed a light upon.
