Venky AV is a proficient filmmaker who has directed several ad films, promos, music videos and a mini-series. He served as the writer and creative director for Bhanwar, a film produced by Applause Entertainment as part of the anthology series Zindaginama, now streaming on Sony LIV.
Venky has directed ads for prominent brands like Google, HDFC Bank, OnePlus, Kia, Mahindra Finance and Amazon Prime Video amongst many others. He has also directed a mini-series for Hindustan Times Brand Studio which was awarded the Bronze winner at the prestigious Abby One Show 2023. His short format films have received many honors in the festival circuit including the Best Film at the Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival and a Filmfare nomination.
