Biography

Jimmy limb is an Indian born Toronto based Actor and Screenwriter, signed by Teri Ritter from Ritter Talent Agency. A Chef and a Musician by trade, as well as a former Model; it was in his mid twenties when his passion for acting grew. A Pivotal moment in his acting career was doing a TV commercial with Bollywood and Hollywood super sensation, Priyanka Chopra that really fueled him into pursuing acting full time. He has trained under a host of well know teachers. Beginning with Sophie Ann Rooney, one of Toronto's top acting coaches who is also an award-winning film-maker. In addition he has trained with Scott Cavalheiro from the very recent TV Show, "The Indian Detective" & Claire Stollery, a well known TV & Film actress (Make Seeking Woman) and with Philip Shepherd, director of Reactor Core Theatre in Toronto. Jimmy has landed variety of roles in commercials, shorts, features and TV shows such as Baroness Von Sketch & Tom and Doug Show. As a Screenwriter his collaborative short comedy Lobster Date, won first place for Best Comedy Short Screenplay at the IFFF, LA. This led him to write other collaborative projects Such As This, soon to film in Hollywood. His professional approach, creativity and dedication has taken him places and his constant urge to grow as an actor makes him one of those dreamers who won't rest until each dream has been turned into reality. With so many positive things happening already, I'm sure that we have not heard the last from this very talented Actor.
