Nilufer Yenidogan

Nilufer Ozmekik is screen writer, book reviewer, article writer, judge at NYC Winter Film Awards, executive producer who was born in Istanbul/ Turkey. After her graduation from Istanbul University/Faculty of International Relations, she has finished her MA at Bilgi University Faculty of Communication & Media Studies, Cinema-Television. Then she has started her writing career as screen writer for television and she has worked at several highly appraised and rated Turkish TV series. After writing more than 200 episodes of 3 popular sitcoms and 2 TV dramas, she also worked at ate night shows as a sketch writer and reality shows as editorial coordinator. As soon as her thriller project "Neverending Nightmare" is listed as finalist from thriller genre on Hollywood Screenplay Contest, she moved to the USA with her husband for pitching her Syfy/Paranormal TV series named "Chosen". Since 2011 years she's living in the USA and creating projects for both American and Turkish movie and TV industry. Her two movies "Fairytale of New York' and "Sleep of Love" have been released at selected US theaters and European theaters. Her TV movie "The bride in high society/ Sosyetik Gelin" has been released on September 2018 at Fox Channel/Turkey. Lately she worked as script consultant/ writer at " Kirik Hayatlar/ Broken Lives" for 100 episodes. Now she's working on two horror movie projects and thriller digital series named "28".
