Biography

    • He began his career in amateur theater in 1989. Four years later he received the best director award for the play: "Alombacute".

      Between 1993 and 1995, he directed several plays in various theater companies such as: "Reborn" and "Opening the word".

      In 1997, he began his career in TV, through the CNT and Record TV channels.

      In 2002, he founded the Efatá Films, which went on to produce commercials, music videos, short films for the cinema and series for TV.

      In 2009 receives the visa, "Competence and Talent". Darocha becomes the first Brazilian filmmaker, chosen by the french government for developing film projects between France and Brazil.

      Currently he lives and works in Paris where he develops projects through his company, Efatá Films (Brazil) and Fazcine (French Film Association).
