Joe Puglisi was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. to Sicilian parents. He graduated from St. John's University in Queens, N.Y. with an MBA in Executive Management and spent the next 30 years as a sales executive and then as a business owner.
Joe started teaching on the college level in 2004 and is currently Chair of the Marketing Department at La Roche University in Pittsburgh, PA.
His interest in acting began in earnest in 2012 and he has since appeared in both commercials and films.
In 2017 he formed Little Italy Productions, LLC with his business partner
and they wrote, acted in and produced their first film entitled "That's Amore" which will be released in 2019.
