Roger Bonjour

Born in Biel, between the German and the french part of Switzerland Roger Bonjour spent his childhood speaking both languages fluently. From 2009 until 2014 he completed an Masters degree in acting at Zurich University of the Arts. One year before his graduation, in 2013, he started his first engagement at the Theater Freiburg in Germany. With "Dantons Tod" Roger gave his stage debut. He remained a permanent member of the Theatre until 2015.
In 2016 he appeared for the first time on screen in the movie " Peripherie (2016)", directed by Luca Ribler. Further roles followed quickly: One year later he acted in the TV-movie "Zwiespalt (2017)", directed by Barbara Kulcsar and alongside Stefan Gubser in the Crime Drama Tatort (1970) directed by Walter Weber. Most recently he acted in the film Da unten im Himmel (2019), a movie directed by Felix Schäfer.
