Forbes Magazine has include Jesus as one of the most creative Mexicans in 2018. Winner of the Golden Globe Italy as best 2018 documentary film.

Jesus is a natural born storyteller. Since young age he experiments narration in different media: fiction film, documentary, theatre, videoart and advertising. After growing up in Mexico in 1996 he relocates to Rome, Italy moving over to films.

Over the last 20 years he directs important documentaries for cinema, current affair documentaries, prime time specials and series notably for the most prestigious producers in the world: National Geographic, ZDF- Artè, History Channel, BBC, Sky, CBS USA, TVE Spain, TF1 France, SVT Sweden, SBS Australia, NRK Norway , RAI Italy, DR Denmark, among others.

His documentary films have been screened in cinemas in more than 60 countries, selected in some of the most important Film Festivals in the World like the Venice Film Festival and broadcasted in more than 180 countries.
