From an early age, RJ Cusyk had an interest in the cinema. Born on April 27th, 1989 in Mesa, Arizona he has spent the last ten years dedicated to making both feature-length films and shorts completely free of the Hollywood system. His latest feature, Silver Stars on Red Velvet, premiered at the Wisconsin Independent Film Festival in Racine, Wisconsin. He lives in the Midwest with his daughter.
