Biography

Screenwriter and Film Producer specializing in genre cinema and documentaries, founder of Memphis James Pictures and represented by the Screen Talent Agency. In 2020 his debut feature film as screenwriter ALL JOKING ASIDE made its World Premiere at the Cinequest International Film Festival, where it won the coveted New Visions Award. The film went on to be nominated for a host of Canadian Film Awards. In 2024 his debut feature film as producer and his second as screenwriter - a documentary titled I COULD NEVER GO VEGAN - was released theatrically nationwide in ODEON, Light, and Picture House Cinemas in the UK, with Peter Bradshaw calling it "An ebullient, confident documentary" in his four-star Guardian review. Executive produced by Alicia Silverstone, the film was released in North America in December 2024 and in European cinemas in Spring 2025. Hiis creature feature DEAD HOWLING (2026) stars Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), Temuera Morrison (The Mandalorian, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom) and Tom Burlinson (The Man from Snowy River), produced by Tom Reeve (Dog Soldiers). He wrote and produced the Christmas-Thriller feature HE KILLS AT NIGHT which is set for release at the end of 2025.
