Eeshit is a film cinematographer based out of Mumbai, India. A 2014 graduate of the Film & Television Institute of India (Pune), over the years he has worked on several collaborative and international projects from short films to commercials, documentaries to feature films. His films have traveled to festivals across the globe and won many accolades, including the Student Emmys (USA), Locarno Film Festival and National Film Awards (India).
'Gulmohar' (2023) - A Disney+ Original, and 'Doctor G' (2022) - are his last released films - both garnering immense praise for its visual storytelling.
His first Bollywood feature release - 'Qarib Qarib Singlle' (2017) has got rave reviews for its cinematography.
'Once Again' (2018) - An Indo German co production film, released in Europe and then on Netflix globally has been critically acclaimed and received a lot of praise for its 'atmospheric' cinematography.
His other feature film work include a Netflix original, 'Maska', released in March 2020 ; 'Chhalaang' - a sports comedy drama - an Amazon PrimeVideo release, and second unit work on 'Shantaram' - an Apple TV+ original.
He has wrapped filming on 'Dabba Cartel' - A Netflix original series, produced by Excel Entertainment, slated for October 2024 release.
