Keeley Bright was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She started working on set at the ripe age of eighteen months old, mainly working in commercials through her grade school years. Her roots in Hollywood started way back with her paternal great-grandfather John Bright, the writer of The Public Enemy (1931) and one of the ten founding members of the Writers Guild. Her dad, Tim Bright, carried on the tradition of working in the Industry, starting in film and then finding his place in the commercial world. Her father, being an Assistant Director, taught his then toddler how to be, "Quiet on set", which is a parenting feat in itself. She wouldn't be the hardworking actress and writer she is today if she hadn't grown up on set watching her father and seeing the hours and dedication that go into this career. Fast forwarding through the charming, awkward phases of middle school and the sports obsessed years of high school and college, Keeley graduated with her degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach with an emphasis in playing collegiate volleyball. Shortly after graduating, she continued her education at The Second City, studying improv comedy, as it was the only natural progression from Kinesiology. She then went on to study at The Upright Citizens Brigade, while concurrently studying at the Margie Haber studio, Vincent Chase workshop, and found a home at the Stan Kirsch Studio, where she is in class weekly. She's quick witted and full of energy, really living up to her last name, Bright.

You can catch her performing regularly both improv and sketch in the comedy theater circuit in L.A. You can also catch her regularly at Starbucks, as she is in line because she enjoys a cup every now and then. When she's not on stage or in line at Starbucks, she's usually in her car, which you won't be able catch her at because she has a lead foot and isn't going to the doctor anytime soon about it.
