Born as Kanno Rina, Yuki Miu is an actress who has appeared on the big and small screens since 2013. She even had her first main starring role in 2013. Her debut came after she won an audition in 2012. At that time she lived in Yamagata. She appeared in a Kyocera television commercial in October 2012. In November she already had a picture book. Miu sang the theme song for the film Dêrê Gâruzu in 2015. A CD release of the song was planned, but she opted to forego it being issued citing declining health. She had to take medical time off for six months. It was during her illness that she also cut her hair short leading to speculation that something was amiss. She plays the clarinet and cites karaoke as her favourite hobby. Miu loves gardening and planting vegetables and fruits. Her favourite food is ramen.
