Ryland Johnson is an American Actor that is born in Houston, Texas to Pamela and Roosevelt Johnson Sr. He is the youngest of two with an older brother of Roosevelt Johnson Jr. His entertainment career started as a mobile and local disc jockey. While he attended the University of Houston Downtown, he received his minor in Drama and Bachelor of Science in Communication studies which he obtained in 2014 while pivoting towards acting.
Ryland Johnson has been prominently featured in several productions, including *Trade Secrets* (2024), *My NEW BFF* (2023), and *The Micro* (2022). Also, Whataburger "Just for You" Commercial (2019 - Present), Mounjaro with Simone and Nellie Biles (2024 Olympic Commercial). Ryland can also been in "Sacrifice" alongside of Dermot Mulroney, Brandon Mychal Smith, and Lewis Tan.
Ryland is not a stranger to theater. Performed in the "Nail Shop" written by Beverly Armstead at a Houston Local theater. Also, "All in the Timing" by David Ives at O'Kane Theater.
