Jonah Kersey began his acting career at the age of 15 in his hometown of Portland, Oregon. He received the foundation of his training under the guidance of American Academy of Dramatic Arts faculty teacher Jana Lee Hamblin and continued his education to the famed Playhouse West in Los Angeles, founded by Jeff Goldblum and Sanford Meisner.
In 2018, Jonah was given the opportunity to work with Academy Award nominee Nicole Holofcener, appearing in the indie film festival hit "Sophie Jones" (2020). He is most recognizable from his roles in Facebook Watch's original horror series "The Birch" (2019) and the Netflix original series "Trinkets" (2020). Jonah showcased his dance background as a backup dancer on the season finale of AMC Shudder's "The Boulet Brother's Dragula: Titans" (2022).
Outside of Film and Television, Jonah can be seen in commercials for brands such as Progressive, Bissell, Avail Car Sharing, Nero New York, Pensole Footwear. He can be heard in the scripted podcast "Meet Cute" or as J. Brown in the iOS video game series "Ice Scream: Horror Neighborhood".
