Sharlene Humm(1953-2021)

Sharlene is an accomplished Screenwriter, Playwright, Songwriter, and Published Author. She is a Director, Producer, Editor, of Film, Documentaries, TV, Large Screen and a Business Entrepreneur working in the Entertainment field. Born on September 8, 1953, in Altoona, Pa. She is a US Air Force Military Brat and grew up on various American Bases throughout the United States, England, and Europe. Those years helped influenced her writing. Using those experiences that she experienced and saw while growing up in other countries around the world and across the USA. Growing up and in her adult life, she was/has been exposed to different beliefs and cultures and ways of life. She also has had the privilege to visit museums, monuments and other historical areas around the world, these experiences have also contributed to her writings. She attended NMSU-A New Mexico...field of study, Occupational Business. She taught Adult Education at BCC in Florida...teaching Introduction to Business, Self-Esteem, Business Taxation -Schedule C...at which time she was a registered Tax Practitioner with the IRS. Sharlene has been in the Entertainment Industry for over 40 years. From Stage to Film.... Starting out with Stage, writing and producing Musicals for Children and Adults... working also with local fairs giving opportunities for All ages of people to perform on Stage,,,,. She is the founder and CEO of BackLot Studios Productions, a company she created to pursue filmmaking and more. She is the founder and CEO of Sharlene's Angels On Earth Inc. a 501c3 nonprofit organization/charity mission includes helping the Survivors of Violence and Abuse. Furthermore, she is busy writing and producing projects for TV, Film, and Stage, and working as an Acting Coach and mentor making her classes also available online.
