Anthony L. Fernandez

Actor, Anthony L. Fernandez came into view in 2013, after years of studying his craft and "paying dues" on several productions, ultimately establishing a successful acting career. In 2014, he gained more attention and momentum for his performances in independent films, such as, "Thou Shalt Not Kill", the BET original film, "Crossed the Line", and ultimately achieving mainstream notoriety for his breakout, comedy performance, as Angel, in the hit 2015 Jeremy Garelick/Will Packer feature, "The Wedding Ringer".

Fernandez followed up the comedic win with thriller, suspense, and action films, "The Evil Gene", "The Boatman", & the Scott Adkins/Isaac Florentine hardcore fight collaboration, "Close Range". Expanding his role diversity in character, range, & genre, alike.

Anthony reached prime time television success with performances on "Hawaii Five-0" as Carlos Diego & as Texas in John Singleton's B.E.T crime drama "Rebel". During the next few years, he used every opportunity to build an impressive and extensive resume, with a variety of character performances on "Shameless", "S.W.A.T", "Superstore", "Snowfall", "Days of Our Lives", "The Young and The Restless", "Last Man on Earth", and more.

Fernandez landed a series regular role, as Barry Bailando, on the Emmy nominated Netflix original comedy series, "It's Bruno". Continuing to build his credits throughout 2020-21 appearing in feature films, like the Marianna Palka thriller "Collection" and guest starring on such shows as, "Deputy", "Coyote", "Animal Kingdom", "Bosch", & finishing the year off strong with his top of show guest star performance on 'NCIS' as Luis Carter.

Opening up 2022 with another comedic breakout role, Anthony starred as Calvin, in the Happy Madison/Hey Eddie feature film "Home Team". In addition to his major studio success, he played troubled husband and father, Danny in the multiple award-winning independent drama, including a win for best actor, "Addicted to You". Anthony's win was followed up by the New Line Cinema release of House Party and, after opening up 2023 as Calvin Dupree on "CSI Vegas", Fernandez ended the year by landing two series regular roles on "Truth Be Told" as Bill Ochoa and as Detective Suarez on "Fatal Attraction".

Anthony L. Fernandez current projects include his appearance as Burke on "911: Lonestar", which allowed Fernandez to showcase more of his action and stunt experience and two feature films "Horchata with Oat Milk", a comedy about gentrification in the hood and the crime drama, "Splash City" Produced by Berner, CEO @Cookies Brand/Rapper/Producer; both to be released in 2025. And most recently, Anthony achieved success in the commercial realm, starring as The Modelo Recruiter in the Modelo/Constellation Brands Campaign. @modelousa
