    • Francesco Gabriele is a British-Italian award-winning film director and producer based in London. After a degree in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles and a three-year Master's degree in Filmmaking from the London Film School, he specialized as a director of horror and dark comedy.

      His short film "Italian Miracle" was nominated for Best Comedy and Best International Short at the Oscar & BAFTA Qualifying LA-Shorts Fest and won, among other awards, the Jury Award-Best Short at the Stony Brook Film Festival in New York and achieved international distribution.

      His first feature film "Blue Hollywood", filmed in Los Angeles, had its UK Premiere at the BT Tower in London as the closing night film of the BAFTA Qualifying British Urban Film Festival and it was also screened in numerous festivals in Canada, Italy, Sweden, Bulgaria, Germany, China, Russia and the USA receiving mentions and awards.

      In 2020, he directed the short horror film "For Sale". The short was selected for over fifty international festivals including prestigious genre festivals such as Bucheon (South Korea), Fantaspoa (Brazil) and Ramaskrik (Norway) and it is distributed by Omeleto and Troma.

      Recently, he directed the horror features "Behave", "The Bad Nun 3" and the dark-comedy short film "Cul-de-sac".

      Francesco is a member of Directors UK and a Senior Lecturer in Screen Acting at St Mary's University in London.
