Lauren Helling(I)

Lauren Helling grew up in New Orleans, LA. At the early age of 9, she knew she wanted to be a performer. She performed in multiple musical theatre performances throughout her younger years. After hurricane Katrina, she moved to New York City to attend The School for Film and Television where she studied acting, but learning to perform on screen, rather than on the stage. She moved back to New Orleans where she continues to pursue film and television. You can see her in multiple shows including Claws, Nashville, NCIS, and 13 Reasons Why.
