Tia Spanos Tsonis is an international producer from Melbourne, Australia and the co-founder of Ficino Films. Tia has produced and distributed four short films and one feature film; together they share in over 140 Official Selections and 90 nominations and awards from many festivals across America and Europe. Two of her short films, The Firebird and 3000 and her 2024 feature film, BRANDO WITH A GLASS EYE, have also achieved theatrical release in the USA, Indonesia and Australia and have been curated and acquired by artistic, student and government institutions worldwide, receiving accolades for their high production value and powerful storytelling.
