Megumi Haggerty is a bilingual American actress of Japanese and Irish descent. She was born in Louisville, KY and then moved to Japan where she began modeling at the age of six. She then moved to England before moving back to the US where she began acting in local theaters and trained at The Papermill Playhouse's Summer Conservatory in Millburn, NJ. She continued her training at Emerson College, and has a BA in Theatre Education & Acting. Megumi is known for Orange Is the New Black (2013), Younger (2016), and Les mystères de Laura (2014).
