While working for DMG Entertainment and Chuan Films as a Creative Executive and Director of Development she developed a sense of the development process from a business/producing point of view, which helps her to establish her own writers' agent company JLC Beijing. She's known to be good at telling different types of film stories but all expressing universal truths of human-being through everyday situations that anyone can understand and relate too.
