Since 2006 Irena is a Teach.Co 's manager, but she is also a producer, director and supporter of the team.
In the last five years Irena was able to make two of the most touchable documentaries - Night On The City / 2010 /Best cinematography of Film Makers - Golden Eye - National Festival for cinematography - Popovo 2011,Bulgaria/, and Who Are Those Mothers / 2011, which got Award of the 5th Roma Life-Central European Documentary Festival - March 2012. The film was selected by Unfpa for the best in the Eastern Europe - Asia region.
