OnlyFans is preparing a big move into the world of reality TV. On the platform’s safe-for-work entertainment hub, Oftv, current shows include the reality program House of Sims and an Australia-set second season of Model Farmers.

With House of Sims, OnlyFans is looking to cash in on the popularity of ITV reality franchise The Only Way Is Essex (frequently shortened to Towie). The upcoming show will follow the Sims family, including Chloe Sims, who holds the record as the longest-tenured member of the Towie cast.

Since leaving Towie in 2021, Sims has stayed busy. She has an active OnlyFans account, and she is now primed to dominate Oftv, too. House of Sims will follow Chloe and her family members Frankie, Demi, and Charlie as they move from Essex to Los Angeles. A press release from Oftv describes the dramatic new series as the “realest show you’re ever going to see.

Last year, the risqué platform OnlyFans made a bet on safe-for-work content by launching Oftv, which offers scripted and unscripted programming on demand. In 2023, that platform will host what will arguably be its most prominent show so far: A docuseries led by former cast members of the U.K. reality series The Only Way Is Essex.

The series is tentatively titled House of Sims, and as that name implies, its stars will be the Sims siblings: Chloe, Frankie, Demi, and Charlie. All four have appeared on The Only Way Is Essex, which has chronicled the daily lives of East Englanders for 25 seasons. Chloe Sims is one of that show's best-known personalities, having appeared in 325 episodes. She departed Towie shortly before the Oftv deal was announced.

Ahead of the start of series 16 this week, The Only Way Is Essex's Chloe Sims has revealed what she regrets of her time on the show.

When questioned what she would do differently if she could, Sims wouldn't have been so open about one aspect of her life.

"I wouldn't have been so open about my [plastic] surgery as that got a bit of backlash, but I do think everything happens for a reason," she explained.

The former Towie couple called it quits after an "incident" with Sims's phone.

In a filmed chat with his best friend James 'Lockie' Lock, Wright revealed that it was a text from Chloe's ex-boyfriend that prompted their latest break-up.

"To cut a long story short, there was a text message from her boyfriend saying 'Don't settle down with him (Wright). Meet me in Barcelona... before you make a decision,'" he explained.

"As a good girl, Chloe replied with the right response," Wright continued. "She said: 'I really want to come to Barcelona and meet you, but I've got an ear infection so I can't fly.'

The 12-part series from Lime Pictures, which will air this summer, will follow "the glamorous lives of some of Marbella's most fabulous residents".

Details of who will take part in the series have not yet been unveiled, but ITVBe promised a brand new mix of stars from super club owners and millionaire bachelors to glamorous housewives and entrepreneurs.

James Argent was welcomed back onto the set of Towie by happy co-stars as he filmed scenes ahead of tonight's episode (February 25).

The 27-year-old was suspended from the Brentwood-based reality TV show amid claims of excessive partying and subsequently failing to arrive for filming on time.

In scenes shot yesterday, the star - who looked visibly slimmer - was hugged by co-star Diags while fellow Towie star Tommy Mallet measured him up for a new suit. The trio were filming at Tommy's fashion warehouse in Harlow.

They were later joined by newbie Dan Edgar.

Arg has recently been in rehab, with Elliott Wright praising the star's recovery and recent health kick, enthusing: "[Arg] lost a lot of weight... He's done fantastic, I'm really proud of him.
