Darby Li Po Price teaches Asian American film courses online for Merritt College, and has taught at UC Berkeley, UC Santa Cruz, UC Davis, San Jose State U, DePaul U, Vassar College, Mills College, and Laney College. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of California at Berkeley in Ethnic Studies, and an M.A. in Rhetoric and Communication at UC Davis. Price has published in Amerasia Journal, Critical Mass: A Journal of Asian American Cultural Criticism, The American Indian Culture and Research Journal, and several anthologies. From his research, Price has produced films including the Telly award winning PBS documentaries: Model Minority: Do the Math, and Crossing the Line: Multiracial Comedians. He has acted in films including She's Not There, Nowhere Johnny, Ghost of the Night, Midnight Villains, City of Anti-Heroes, and Still Visible.
