Motivated by the likes of Beatles at a tender age, Roger Nemour took guitar lessons at La Jolla, where finding others passionate about music was almost impossible. Regardless, Roger's persistent and passion about music led him to discover his ideal drummer. Together, they joined "Gnarly Beast" with Roger played a prominent role as a lead guitarist for San Diego's top band. As part of "Gnarly Beast," Roger opened for many popular concert acts, such as Jethro Tull and Fleetwood Mac among others. Few years later, Roger teamed up with a female singer, Leslie Lyons, and the band name changed to "Madame Beast." This new band took the world by storm. Far ahead of its time, the band toured the USA with its unique heavy metal music. After the eventual break-up of the band, Roger moved to Hollywood and auditioned for "Motels." He played with "Motels" for a year before putting together "Tokyo Rose." Having played in numerous top clubs in Los Angeles, Roger gathered significant attention and praise in Hollywood through "Tokyo Rose" and was recognized as a prominent musician in Hollywood when he parted ways with the band. Roger is inspired by the radical freedom and innovative music of Jeff Beck and Jimi Hendrix. His music is impacted by influences from a host of different genres, such as Hard Rock, Reggae, and Blues. His songs resonate with Roger's personal experiences are all mostly instrumental. Roger Nemour has numerous awards to his name, including but not limited to Best Album of the Year Award in 2016. He is also known for having produced a Grammy Award Winning Album for Ike Turner in 2007.
