Began working as a freelance broadcast sports reporter for manxradio.com in 2001 covering live local sports events. Specialising in rugby union but also covered field hockey and endurance
race walking.
In 2010 was invited to cover the Isle of Man TT and Manx Grand Prix motorcycle races as a live broadcast commentator based at the Glen Helen commentary point on the Isle of Man TT course. Recordings of commentary were used in the making of Closer to the Edge.
Also covered TT and Manx Grand Prix motorcycles in 2011 and following years and was the stadium announce for the 2011 Commonwealth Youth Games Rugby Sevens.
Recordings of radio commentary plus some studio recordings were used in the making of Three Wheeling
