Via Comic Natalie, One-Punch Man Season 3 will premiere in October 2025, with a specific release date yet to be announced. One-Punch Man fans hoping for an encouraging update on Season 3 are again dealt a serious blow. Chikashi Kubota, the animes character designer, has revealed that things arent necessarily going smoothly for the once-beloved series.

Dpdm (@/DPDM44), a social media user on X (formerly Twitter), revealed he spoke with Kubota at an anime convention in France. While the user didnt specify which convention it was, Art to Play 2024 recently ran from Nov. 16-17 and listed Kubota as one of its guests. According to Dpdp, Kubota had very little to say about the status of One-Punch Man Season 3, and what was said about it wasnt very encouraging.

Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End became probably the biggest hit of the Fall 2023 / Winter 2024 season, surpassing even major titles like Solo Leveling and Blue Exorcist. The fans simply loved all that Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End brought with it, and it certainly seemed like something new and refreshing in more ways than one.

We have already written about the prospects for a second season, as well as the upcoming exhibition dedicated to the series, and in this article, we’d like to report yet another piece of good news for fans of the series.

Namely, before the anime series premiered, the ongoing manga series, had sold roughly 10 million copies. A lot, but still a relatively small number when compared to some similar titles.

After what seems like an eternity of waiting, new information regarding the third season of the highly anticipated One Punch Man has been revealed.

In an announcement video that was released on Feb 29, 2024, it was revealed that One Punch Man Season 3 is being animated by Studio J.C. Staff. A new key visual featuring the protagonist Saitama was also revealed along with the announcement.
