Ella Purnell has now been cast in a new comedy movie called Hot Ted. While she has been acting for a while, Purnell is best known for playing the lead role of Lucy in the Prime Video TV series Fallout. An adaptation of the hit video game series, the show told an original story set in the post-apocalyptic world of the games. Fallout also featured Walton Goggins, Moises Arias, Aaron Moten, and Zach Cherry. The series has led to other roles for Purnell, including the lead in Sweetpea.

This sounds a fun one. The synopsis reads: “Paul Rovia, an oversized jockey, seeks redemption after causing a major racing accident that gets him suspended from the sport for two years. The Exchange is launching worldwide sales on the movie at the upcoming American Film Market. The sales deal was negotiated by Brian O’Shea on behalf of The Exchange and by Lastine Entertainment Lawon behalf of the filmmakers.
