Exclusive: Hunter Sansone is to star in romantic feature The Heart Brake.
Sansone has landed the male lead in the film, which is directed by Lance Smith from a script he co-wrote with Chuck Fusca.
Shooting in Nashville, Tennessee, the film also stars Brittany Curran, Beverly D’Angelo, Joey Lawrence and Courtney D’Angelo with Fusca and Rachael Thompson co-starring and WWE stars Mick Foley and Daria Berenato appearing in supporting roles. Comedian DJ Pryor has also joined.
Based on an original idea from exec producers Gus and Carrie Romero, the story is centered around Julia Winters, who after surviving a sudden cardiac arrest, is forced back to her Tennessee hometown, where Christmas never fades and old wounds still linger. To truly move forward, she must confront the past she thought she’d left behind— and the future she never saw coming.
