Adam Colvin was born in Sandy, Utah, to Kathryn , a Kindergarten teacher and community leader, and David, a city manager and strategic planner. He is the youngest of five children. He is of Welsh and Swedish decent.
Adam spent most of his early years spending time with his best friends, his brothers, playing in the snow, shooting some hoops in city league basketball, reading books, and trying not to get into too much trouble. Before his acting career he focused on his studies and graduated Cum Laud in Economics and Business Strategy from the largest private university in the United States in 2018 (BYU). Since then he has launched his full time acting and modeling career. Over the years he has been killed or been severely beaten up at least 9 times on camera.
His first film was for Utah Wolf Productions as a zombie in 2007.
