- Rebecca works full time as a professional video editor and videographer.
- Rebecca's first short film was a Movie Makers Film (directed by Melissa Lozoff) "Stalker/Stalker," where she played a leading role, which won the Student Kay Kyser Award at the first annual Carrboro Film Festival in 2006, 3 years after the film was produced.
- Rebecca made her first movie at age 7. It was a Christmas present to her mom.
- Rebecca's first major theatre production was North Carolina Kids Theatre's "The Diary of Anne Frank" where she understudied Rita Glynn (a Broadway actress) as Anne Frank and got to perform as Anne for one of the shows. She turned 13, Anne Frank's age, on the last day of the production run.
- Rebecca attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as a Media Studies major, focusing on film and video production. She graduated Magna Cum Laude.
