Christopher Brasher was born on 21 August 1928 in Georgetown, British Guiana [now Guyana]. He was a writer and producer, known for The Deepest Hole in the World (1972), Commonwealth Games 1958 (1958) and Matters of Life and Death (1967). He was married to Shirley Brasher. He died on 28 February 2003 in Chaddleworth, Berkshire, England, UK.
