  • His short film "Zombie" won Best Short Film (Horror) at the 2011 Washington DC International Film Festival. "Zombie" also won Best Screenplay Award and Best Supporting Actor awards from the 2011 Terror Film Festival in Philadelphia. "Zombie" also won Best First Time Director award at the 2012 California Film Awards. The film was nominated for Best Actor and Best Short Dramatic Film at the 2011 Terror Film Festival in Philadelphia.
  • Bill Connington is a lecturer in acting at Yale School of Drama, and is a graduate of the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
  • The short film Zombie screened at 21 film festivals, many of which Bill was able to make special guest appearances at to discuss and promote the film.
