Ty Manns is a retired U.S. Army Infantry Officer with 24 years of service in tactical combat units worldwide. Following his military career, he transitioned into corporate leadership, holding executive positions including Product Manager, Vice President of Business Development for North America, Vice President of Operations for North America, and CEO/Managing Director.
Leaving corporate America to pursue his passion for storytelling, Ty has built an impressive career in film. His creative accomplishments include writing and directing several notable projects:

Beyond filmmaking, Ty is an accomplished producer, university lecturer, and film festival speaker. He is an award-winning screenwriter, a distinguished Hall of Fame inductee of Wright State University's U.S. Army ROTC Department, and a recipient of the prestigious Kim Porter Legacy Award.
Ty holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and an MBA in Operations Management. He is married to Mia Malveaux-Manns, a U.S. Army and Desert Shield/Desert Storm veteran. They have two sons: Marine Corps Captain Delone Tyler Manns and Army First Lieutenant Matthew Taylor Manns.
