Daniel Kelly is a Canadian actor who portrays Owen Milligan on Degrassi. He lives in Mississauga and attends Iona. He is dating Melinda Shankar, who plays Alli Bhandari. Owen was officially added to the Degrassi family/cast on the second half of Season 10. His character interacts with Anya, who is played by Samantha Munro. He also enjoys rapping and uploading them to his Youtube Channel.
