Nelk may be a bunch of prankish boys, but the group's podcast is landing all sorts of high-profile guests. Five months after they interviewed Donald Trump, members of the creator collective sat down with Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who joined the Full Send podcast for a three-hour discussion.
The conversation with Musk was hosted by Nelk ringleader Kyle Forgeard, group members Salim and Steiny, and Full Send President John Shahidi. Shahidi, an online video vet known for his work with Shots Studios, began the podcast episode by explaining how he convinced Musk to come on as a guest. He noted that he met the billionaire nine years ago and send him the Full Send interview with Trump after its release. Shadidi invited Musk onto the show and the initial response was "not yet." Eventually, after some follow-ups, Musk agreed to meet Forgeard and co. in Austin for a chat.

In the latest episode of his podcast Impaulsive, where host Logan Paul sat down with digital svengali John Shahidi -- the co-founder of talent management and production studio Shots -- Paul provided an eye-opening window into his early fortunes as a YouTube star.
After Shahidi stressed the importance of diversifying a creator’s business portfolio beyond the video channel where they rose to fame -- onto other platforms, as well as offline ventures, like product launches -- Paul concurred that creating his merch brand, Maverick, has served as a North Star of sorts amid the ups and downs of his career trajectory.
Paul recounted that he decided to enter merch after his little brother, Jake -- who is now managed by Shahidi -- had been in the business for roughly a month with Fanjoy, shortly after they had both blown up on YouTube. After Jake shared how lucrative merch had been,...

Ceaselessly controversial vlogger Jake Paul, who for the first time yesterday addressed the FBI raid at his Calabasas home in a now-deleted YouTube video, is under new management.
The 23-year-old has joined the Shots Studios network and will be managed by the company’s co-founder, John Shahidi. Shots, of course, is the talent management and digital production studio that represents some of social sphere’s biggest stars, including Lele Pons, Anwar Jibawi, and Hannah Stocking.
Beyond his digital acumen, Shahidi is no stranger to working with stars facing personal and professional turmoil -- making him something of an ideal fit for Paul. Previously, Shahidi has worked with pop icon Justin Bieber, who has had numerous run-ins with the law, as well as boxing icon Floyd Mayweather, who has faced numerous domestic violence and battery convictions..

Shots Studio, the talent management and production studio behind some of YouTube’s brightest stars, is rallying behind one of its employees, who was brutally injured in a hit-and-run car accident.
The videographer and photographer, Corentin Villemeur, was struck by a grey Acura that had just run a red light as he was crossing a Hollywood street on Tuesday, TMZ reports. The Lapd has the car’s license plate, and is currently pursuing leads.
Shots star Lele Pons, who frequently collaborated with Villemeur, was on the scene of the crime, which took place after the burgeoning musician performed at a Hollywood nightclub. Pons announced on Twitter that she would be taking a short break from social media to be with Villemeur at the hospital. She is also urging fans to contribute a GoFundMe campaign that has been set up by Shots founder John Shahidi in order to help fund his recovery.
