Tiphany Adams
At age 17 Tiphany Adams was a high school senior with dreams of
modeling. On October 15, 2000 her life changed when the car she was
riding in was hit head on by a drunk driver. Three lives were lost in
the accident and Tiphany was the only survivor of the 130 mph impact
crash. She was diagnosed as a paraplegic with a T10 fracture. Tiphany
persevered through months of painful recovery to graduate with her high
school class the following June.
Originally from Lodi, California Tiphany was always a small-town girl with big dreams of modeling and acting. Best known for the critically-acclaimed documentary series "Push Girls" Tiphany also raises awareness and understanding on many topics - always with a core message of truth, love and self-acceptance. She speaks and advocates publicly on the topics of drunk and distracted driving, LGBT and GSA, nutrition, wellness and fitness. She is an ambassador for Wish Upon a Teen, an organization that provides resources and opportunities to teenagers dealing with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or recovering from injury or chronic illness.
