Elizabeth Arija is an American actress and director. She is best known for her role of Officer Leila Aziz on CBS' East New York, and best known for her Film work as Jess Franklin on Lifetime Network's drama/thriller feature film, "Sins in the Suburbs," and as Chloe Pena in "Secrets on Campus".
