Struan Sutherland

Struan is a writer, director, animator, and stand-up comedian who is easily recognizable by his stout, tailless body, large head with round, fluffy ears and large, spoon-shaped nose. His work has screened on network television, in festivals worldwide, and has won such awards as Best Comedy at Comic-Con San Diego 2016. He sleeps for nearly 18 hours a day, not counting naps, and feeds primarily on the leaves of the eucalyptus tree. Despite his adaptations to a low-energy lifestyle, he has meager fat reserves and needs to feed often. As a comedian, he has opened for such people as Kyle Kinane, Brian Posehn, and Neil Hamburger.
