Charles Justo is a Dominican-American Model/Actor. He is most known for his work on ABC's Modern Family and Tyler Perry's Too Close To Home where he was a series regular for 2 seasons. He was born in Providence R.I. to both Dominican parents. His family relocated to Plant City, FL where he spent the majority of his early years. Charles is the middle child of 2 siblings. His older brother is also passionate about Health and Fitness and is a gym owner of an elite training facility (Body Shapers) in Tampa, FL .
He headed to Miami after college with only $50 in his pocket , a car full of gas, and a dream. "Those we're some tough times in my life" he said, "but in the end it made me stronger." He was discovered on the Runways of Fashion week / Mercedes Benz Swim week. Walking for designers like Argyle by Russell Simmons, Ed Hardy, Diesel, and Perry Ellis. Campaigns soon followed after that for big brand companies like Jaguar and Sean John.
His first screen appearance came when he auditioned for the Spanish televised show "Sabado Gigante". He said he only wanted to be on there so that his grandma and family back in DR could have a way to see him since it was hard for them to come to the states. That night he got more then what he could have ever imagined. That night he walked away as the new Mr. Macho Man, a cash prize, and a cruise trip for 2.
He followed pursuit when Director Bille Woodruff (Honey, Drumline, Addicted,) booked him as one of the leads in the Music Video "I'm Single Again" by Miami's very own Trina. The next following years he found himself on the sets of big budget commercials like Rooms to Go, Budlight, and Daisy Sour Cream. He was the male lead in the music video for female Dominican bachata singer, and Pit Bull's "Mr. 305" label artist Santayé in "Eras Tu".
He made his first film debut in the Award winning Indie film "Out of My Hand" and has racked up a few Guest-Starring roles since then like "The Inspectors" on Cbs, Sleepy Hollow, and most recently Abc's hit television show, Modern Family. He played the lead role of Victor on Tyler Perry's new hit show "Too Close to Home" on TLC for 2 seasons
But nothing could have prepared him more than the opportunity of a lifetime when his agent called and said " you booked the role" on the massive blockbuster film - Marvel's Ant-Man & the Wasp!
Charles lives in New York City where continues to train and perfect his craft and love for the arts.
