Biography

    • Zamantha Diaz is a powerhouse Dominican actress, born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. She made her big-screen debut in 2010 with The Najayo's King and hasn't looked back since.

      In 2022, she lit up the screen as the lead in the Dominican romantic comedy Toy Aficiao, which premiered on HBO Max in the U.S. and is now streaming on Prime Video.

      With more than 27 Dominican and international films under her belt, Zamantha has proven herself to be a versatile, dynamic force in front of the camera. She starred in Colours, directed by Luis Cepeda, which debuted at the prestigious Marché Du Film at the Cannes Film Festival in 2019.

      In 2021, she took on the lead female role in the second episode of HBO's powerful documentary Exterminate All the Brutes, directed by the legendary Raoul Peck.

      Zamantha has shared the screen with Hollywood heavyweights like Mark Wahlberg, Simu Liu, Nathalie Emmanuel (Arthur the King), and Vin Diesel (xXx: Return of Xander Cage). She also appeared in the acclaimed series The Best Man, acting alongside Morris Chestnut.

      She's had the privilege of working with some of the most respected directors in the industry, including M. Night Shyamalan, Malcolm D. Lee, Dee Rees, Joe Menendez, and Patricia Riggen.

      Now based in the U.S., Zamantha is expanding her reach on the West Coast.
