Sara Ainhoa Concepción Sálamo is a Spanish actress originally from Santa Cruz de Tenerife in the Canary Islands, recognized for her work in television and film, including notable roles in Arrayán, B&b, de boca en boca, and Brigada Costa del Sol. She began her interest in performing arts at age 11 after participating in a short film directed by her father, which inspired her to take theater classes. At 18, she relocated to Madrid to pursue acting professionally.

Her television debut came in 2012 with a minor role in Toledo, cruce de destinos, followed by a significant role in the Andalusian soap opera Arrayán. She made her feature film debut in 2013 with Three-60, portraying a Fine Arts student. Sálamo appeared in supporting roles in popular Spanish series such as La que se avecina, Aída, Con el culo al aire, and Águila Roja. Her first major national television role was as Cayetana in the workplace dramedy B&b, de boca en boca, which aired from 2014 to 2015 on Telecinco.

In cinema, she gained recognition with roles in Perdida and Everybody Knows (also known as Todos lo saben) in 2018. She also starred as "La Buhíta" in the 2019 crime series Brigada Costa del Sol, set on the Costa del Sol. Beyond acting, Sálamo identifies as a feminist and animal rights activist, engaging publicly in debates related to these causes.

Her personal life includes a relationship with footballer Isco Alarcón since 2017, with whom she has two children. Sara Sálamo's career reflects a steady progression from regional television to national prominence, marked by diverse roles and active social engagement, contributing to contemporary Spanish popular culture and entertainment.
