Elena Gaby is an Brazilian American filmmaker, specializing in non-fiction storytelling. Based in Brooklyn, New York, Elena directs and produces both film and television. After graduating from Vassar College, Elena's short film, Paper State: Undocumented Unafraid, Undeterred, won multiple awards, including Best Student Documentary at Cannes Film Festival's American Pavillion. I AM HUMAN is her feature length directorial debut.
