Ashley Ahn is an American born producer living in New York City. She is
affiliated with Cut Rush Creative Labs, a film collective spear-headed
by Van Nguyen.
Originally from Yuma, Arizona, Ahn (real name Ashley Williams) attended Cibola High School and graduated as Student Body President. She then attended the University of Notre Dame from 2005-2009 where she majored in Film, Television, and Theater and a minor in Philosophy and Literature. From there, she attended Parsons The New School for Design + Technology where she received her Masters in Fine Arts.
Besides producing, Ahn has directed a few of her own films. 'Cirrhosis with Coda' screened at the Notre Dame Film Festival in 2009 and 'Divertimento' screened in New York at the 'Best Of' Brooklyn Film Race in 2011.
She also directed and shot the content for her MFA thesis show, 'Life After Death' which explored the synthesis between the film and digital mediums in 2012.
