Ray Whelan is a multi award winning Irish actor who won The Jury Prize award at South Europe International Film Festival, The Grand Jury Prize at Oniros Film Festival New York and the silver award winner at Best Actor New York for all for his role as Jay in the Award winning film Soft Hands. Ray has starred in several British films most recent The Living Dead were he played a comic role of an Irish priest father Donoghue and Ernie in Kidnap Me both on Amazon Prime. You will be able to follow his journey is his new upcoming films Jurassic Island as Tommy, Reign Of Chaos as Erebus and On The Other Foot as Andrew. Ray is a keen writer and likes the gym. He is the youngest of five boys and two girls. Ray graduated from drama school at Liberties College Dublin and studied advanced acting in theatre. He moved to London to forge his career as an actor in both stage and screen.
