Ranjeet S. Marwa is an esteemed British/Sikh-born Award-Winning Film Director hailing from Birmingham, England. His career took flight in 2012 when he authored and directed the acclaimed short film 'The Man Who Loved Flowers,' inspired by the literary works of renowned horror author, Stephen King. This compelling piece earned its premiere at the prestigious Dollar Baby Stephen King Film Festival, marking Ranjeet's distinctive entry into the cinematic realm.

In 2014, Ranjeet marked his directorial debut in the realm of television movies with 'The Last Goodbye,' a gripping action thriller. His adept storytelling prowess and directorial finesse led him to expand this success into an enthralling trilogy, commencing with 'Destiny' in 2015 and followed by 'Remember Me: The Tale of an Old Ghost' in 2017. The trilogy garnered global attention upon airing on SKY TV's Sikh Channel, captivating millions of viewers worldwide.

Breaking new ground in 2018, Ranjeet captivated audiences with his inaugural theatrical venture, 'Citizen Erased,' exhibited at the esteemed Old Piccadilly Cinema in Birmingham. It received resounding critical acclaim and played to sold-out audiences, subsequently transforming into a limited TV series for Amazon in 2021, further solidifying Ranjeet's position as a visionary filmmaker.

Venturing into documentary filmmaking, Ranjeet directed the poignant short documentary 'The Boy Who Never Came Home: A True Story' in August 2018, shedding light on the illegal black market trading of organs in India. Produced in collaboration with Hollywood veteran actor Bruce Payne, this imperatively documentary premiered at the Downtown Independent Theatre in Los Angeles, ultimately qualifying for the 91st Academy Awards.

Ranjeet's cinematic repertoire expanded further with the compelling World War 2 drama 'Memoirs of a Sikh Soldier,' enchanting audiences at the Frida Cinema in Los Angeles in 2019 with its profound storytelling and evocative portrayal of history.

His recent endeavors include 'Exiled: The Chosen Ones' [2024], and 'Rupture' [2024], slated for an Indonesian theatrical release. Due to be released, is Ranjeet's survival-thriller 'Dig Me No Grave,' which was acquired by Buffalo 8 which showcases his adeptness in crafting immersive narratives. Notably, his horror masterpiece 'Spring Lakes' premiered in UK theaters in August 2023, garnering acclaim and was subsequently acquired by Gravitas Ventures for worldwide distribution, it was released in January 2024 - a testament to Ranjeet's enduring impact on the global cinematic landscape. Ranjeet's recent crime-thriller 'Ballistic' is currently scheduled to be released in theaters in October and November on VOD.

On December 11, 2024, Deadline Hollywood reported that Ranjeet is set to write and direct the feature length adaptation of Stephen King's 'Autopsy Room Four' with Jon Levin (In The Tall Grass) producing the film.

In 2021 Ranjeet got engaged to his long time girlfriend and film producer, Charmaine Binji.
