Derek Ahonen

Derek Ahonen was an internationally celebrated playwright, theater director, and filmmaker. He co-founded the infamous Amoralists in NYC. Ahonen's writing was known for its unique combination of malapropisms, trippy non sequiturs, working-class poetry, and bizarre but exact metaphors. His work has been profiled scrupulously by both mainstream and underground news outlets. He no longer makes art for public consumption.
